Who could tell these delicious Pancakes or Waffles are Vegan, Gluten Free, High in Protein, High in Fibre, Low Fat, Contains no added Sugars or Egg replacers and are really easy to make. You only need vegan milk!

 

GF Flour Blend (Oat, Tapioca, Rice, Potato, Maize, Buckwheat), Protein blend (Soya Protein Isolate, White Hemp Protein, Sunflower Protein, Pea Protein Brown Rice Protein), Stevia Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Raising agents (disodium diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flour)

HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT PANCAKE
1. Empty bottle into a bowl.
2. Add vegan milk of your choice to the fill line (250ml).
3. Empty into bowl and whisk together.
4. Leave to rest for 2 minutes.
5. Pre-heat a pan to medium heat with a light coating of oil.
6. Cook for up to 3 minutes on the first side until all the bubbles pop.
7. Carefully flip and cook for a further 2 minutes until golden.
Waffles:
After Step 4: Grease your waffle maker, pour the mixture into the maker and follow the instructions as stated by your manual.
