This Bircher Muesli has been one of my go-to breakfasts since I started Deliciously Ella. Traditionally, you soak Bircher Muesli overnight, but to save time we've finely milled the oats, so all you need to do is add some milk and they'll be ready in just 60 seconds. We've mixed sunflower and chia seeds with the oats as well as soft apple and raspberry pieces, to add a little texture and sweetness to your bowl.
We love using a mix of almond milk and coconut yoghurt to soak the oats as it makes them extra creamy, but feel free to use whatever works best for you - lots of people also enjoy them with juice. Then too with anything from fresh fruit to nut butters, crunchy bites of granola or slices of dates.
