New Roots Plain Free-the-Goat Cheeze is a plant-based alternative to Ricotta cheese. It's made from home-made cashew milk, that is then curdled and fermented following centuries old artisan cheese techniques.
It's delicious as it is on toast, but is also the perfect addition to traditional dishes like pizza or lasagna!

This is delicious! It's fantastic spread on toast, crumbled in salads and I even used it in a lasagna. It's a fresh, creamy and subtle mild cheese with a great texture & flavour.
