Italian style gluten free ciabatta made with corn and rice sourdough and loaded with sumptuous Kalamata olives for a rich and aromatic savoury bread. Simply pop in the oven for ten minutes for a crispy golden crust and serve warm for breakfast, with soups and salads or filled with chargrilled vegetables and cheese for a tasty deli-style sandwich. Also perfect served with a balsamic vinegar and Italian olive oil dip as a tasty appetiser or afternoon snack.
  • Remove packaging and place ciabatta bread on middle shelf in a pre-heated oven.
  • Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
