Simply add your choice of milk (nut milk / soya milk), mix, flip ENJOY.
Sweet cinnamon infused into a warm and fluffy pancake - pure bliss! Our wholegrain blend of wheat, rye and organic barley flour makes the perfect, fluffy American-style pancake every time.
Suitable for waffle irons too, just follow the separate instructions on the back of pack!
1. To make 10 pancakes, combine 1 pack of mix with 240ml of milk of your choice (we use soya!). If you want a protein boost, you can also add 2 eggs, and 200ml milk. Whisk together.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over a low-medium heat and spoon in a dollop of the batter. Use the back of the spoon to form into a circle.
3. Flip after 2 minutes or once air bubbles start to appear on the surface. Servce when golden brown then take it away with the toppings!
Combine 1 bag of mix with 210ml soya milk and 2tbsp of sunflower or melted coconut oil. Cook according to your waffle irons instructions and serve when golden brown.
