Traditional Eliche by MAMMA FLORA are produced in Gragnano, the "City of the Pasta" with only traceable Italian durum wheat semolina and spring water. Their spiral shape makes them the prefect choice if you like a lot of sauce on your pasta!
How do we get the perfect roughness and texture? Like all of MAMMA FLORA Pasta they are made with the traditional production method with bronze dies and a long drying process at low temperature. This means they contain more than 13.5% proteins making them highly digestible.
They are dairy free, nut free and vegan. And of course they are free from any chemicals such as stabilizers, preservatives or artificial colours.
