Mamma Flora's Gluten Free Mezzi Paccheri gives you the same satisfaction as their Traditional Pasta. They are produced with only gluten free ingredients using the unique know-how their pasta makers have perfected over generations. That is why it provides the same authentic "al dente" texture.
Like all of their MAMMA FLORA Pastas they are made with traditional bronze dies and highly digestible. They are gluten free, dairy free, nut free and vegan. And of course they are free from any chemicals such as stabilizers, preservatives or artificial colours. Every bag contains 400g of pasta.
Instructions: For an "al dente" cooking put the pasta in enough boiling water with salt for 10-12 min, drain and mix it with your MAMMA FLORA sauce.
