Like all of Mamma Flora's Pasta they are made with traditional bronze dies and highly digestible. They are gluten free, dairy free, nut free and vegan. And of course they are free from any chemicals such as stabilizers, preservatives or artificial colours. Every bag contains 400g of pasta.
