We use pure organic cashews and live cultures, Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt, soft in the inside and a white camembert mold rind on the outside. A distinctive camembert white truffle taste, medium sharp. 100% plant-based, vegan. We age our camembert for 2 to 3 weeks.
We handcraft our vegan cheeses and use no artificial additives or preservatives. Our artisan cheeses are made using the traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals.
