Sangak means little stone. The bread is baked on a bed of small river stones in an oven. A delicious Iranian flatbread made with a mixture of wholemeal & sourdough. It's rectangular shape makes it perfect for any meal occasion and also ideal to create a healthy meal, whether it's used as a wrap for your favourite fillings or a pizza base with your favourite toppings and some melted vegan cheese.
