Our delicious Kalamon Pâté is made with selected organic olives that are harvested at the peak of ripeness and handpicked to avoid bruising the fruit or damaging the skins. Kalamon are regarded as the king of Greek table olives. Their deep purple colour, distinctive flavour, and meaty texture make them ideal for use in pâté and tapenade.
Serve with pitta bread, toast, or rice cakes for a delicious appetiser or use to pep up pasta, sauces, and stews.
