Are you passionate about vegan food and enjoy talking to people?
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic person - ideally with previous retail experience from a supermarket - to join our GreenBay Team as a Customer Service Assistant on a Part Time basis (26 Hours approx), starting ASAP!
The candidate will be London based, ideally local to Fulham in London to commute to work.
You will be working mainly at the store, keeping customers happy, controlling stock levels, stocking shelves, manning the till, creating beautiful displays, providing excellent customer service and making sure the store runs smoothly. You will also be able to assist with picking, packing and shipping parcels full of vegan goodies, as well as making sure it’s properly delivered to all our lovely customers. So you’ll get valuable experience from both; the physical and online stores!
Being a Customer Assistant is about being approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. You’ll need the energy and positive outlook to be at your best while on your feet, helping customers get the very most from their GreenBay experience. You will be flexible, in the work you do and the hours you work, to help give our customers the best experience we can.
Above all though, it’ll be your personal attention that customers will remember when they talk to you – so bring along bagfuls of friendly enthusiasm and you won’t go far wrong.
