Traditionally both salt cured and smoked, it has a distinctively peppery flavour with strong notes of juniper berry and spices. One of Sgaia's all time childhood favourites in Italy, they just had to add it to their speciality Mheats. These smoky deli slices are one of their proudest creations. They've spiced this Späck with whole crushed juniper berries and a mix of other spices to bring their culinary heritage back to life, re-dimensioned in vegan terms, sliced thin and brushed in extra virgin olive oil.
Each pack contains six slices, each one seasoned individually with freshly ground red, green and black peppercorns.
