Not just for making omelettes- you can use this eggless mix to make vegan quiche, frittata and Egg-Free fu yung.
Mix 4 tablespoons of Omelette mix with 4 tablespoons of water. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. If using fillings such as veggies or meat alternatives add them to the pan first and cook a little if desired. Pour the omelette mix over the top but do not stir! Heat for 2-3 minutes on one side before flipping and heating for a further 2 -3 minutes.
